Each year we go to the beach on Joyner's birthday. It is the one thing he always says he wants. We can't let him down on that one. Haha.
This year it was an extra special beach trip because it was also Kinsley's first trip to the beach. Being only a few months old, it was honestly kind of tough. She can't wear sunscreen yet, and she can't really be out very much bc of COVID concerns still. Also, I am breastfeed, so that limits us as well. But, we tried to make small trips to do stuff and make the best out of the situation! We actually did more than I thought we would be able to!
We of course went to the beach once.. we just did it at sunset and we walked on the beach as a family. We were all so excited to show her the beautiful view! And I think it did us all a little good to inhale some salt air! :)
We also went to the aquarium! That is one of Blake's favorite things to do. Kinsley loved seeing all of the colorful fish swimming around. We found out that you can book private tours at the aquarium to see "behind the scenes"...we will have to remember to do that next time!
We even played putt putt at night, but Kinsley slept during that part. :)
And last but not least... we celebrated the birthday boy!!!! Joyner is 39 this year!!! We love him so much and we hope all his birthday wishes come true this year!
