Birthday Party at Chuck E Cheese

This week has been crazy! We had Monster Jam, we spent Blake's actual bday at Galaxy Fun Park, and then Saturday we had his birthday party with family and friends at Chuck E Cheese! Whew!

Blake had such a blast celebrating! We are also so lucky to have the most amazing friends and family to celebrate this day with! Blake had a Spider-man theme. He loved seeing Chuck E Cheese and he got some great gifts! He is one spoiled little boy!

Galaxy Fun Park

Blake's birthday was on a Thursday this year... and we take birthdays very seriously in this family. So, we skipped school and went to Galaxy Fun Park!!!

Galaxy Fun Park is this new place in town. It literally has everything that a kid could want. We took full advantage and we wore ourselves out! This was such a fun day with my birthday boy and I was proud to say I was able to keep up and do everything with him!

Blake played in the "funhouse" area... I was too big for that one!

And the best part.... we got to race the go-karts. Blake was pretty excited about this one. I think we even beat some 8 year olds! ;)

Spending this day together meant so much to me. I loved celebrating BLAKE! He is my favorite person in this whole world and I am grateful for every second I have with him. Happy Birthday, Blake!

Blake is 5

Happy Birthday to Blake!! February 2nd is my favorite day because that is the day (5 years ago) that Blake came into my life! He is my best little buddy and sidekick...and I can't believe he just turned 5!

• Here are some things to know about this little 5 year old boy...
• He LOVES to laugh...and tries to make others laugh as well. (His laugh is the best!)
• He is currently playing basketball and will start Tball in March/April
• He really enjoyes PreK - especially recess, music time, and Spanish class
• His favorite toys are Rescue Bots (Transformers), Paw Patrol, and superheros.
• His favorite shows/movies are Toy Story, Paw Patrol, Rescue Bots, 
• He will actually eat some veggies... but his favorite food is popcorn! 
• Being outside is his favorite! 
• He thinks butts and toots are hilarious - typical little boy.
• Girls and kisses are considered to be gross (Hopefully that lasts for a while!)
• He will be going to kindergarten this year - so we are in full learning prep mode! 
• He will only drink milk and water. Great for the teeth but not always for convenience.
• He likes baths but hates washing his hair. Sigh. He also doesn't like hair cuts!
• He does have a sassy side... normal for a redhead! 
• He doesn't get in trouble often.. knock on wood!!!!
• Loud noises are his worst enemy! He hates them.
• His best friends are Hunter, Tristan, and Carson.... others in his class depending on the day. :)

Blake has a big year coming up. Being 5 will sure be an adventure!!!
